My daughter takes ballet lessons for the second year now and it will be the first time that she participates in a recital, dancing parts in the Nutcracker.

I was waiting for this occasion to make SVGCuts' ballet shoes cut file (Clara's Christmas Eve kit) and surprise my own little Ballerina.

She liked it so much that she asked I make one for her teacher too. So I made one in a more sophistiqué style, black with bright pink, blue and green.

This time I used Rayher paper, design by Celina Di Pisa for the pink ballet shoe but true to myself for the black pointe I took Bo Bunny's Petal Pusher's collection and had fun spraying them with Perfect Pearls Mist, inking with Distress Inks and embellishing with square jewels and ribbon.

The shoes are around 5 inches lengthwise and just shy of 2 inches in width. An adorable decorative element for a little ballerina's room or the ballet school.
